We had a terrific day on section 6. We started at Kendell Farm Rd and ended at South Road. It never really warmed up (stayed in the low 20s) so the conditions were a bit challenging in spots -- but lots of blue sky and sun. The switchback descent to Route 30 was more difficult in those snow conditions. That part of the trail gets very little sun. We can't wait to ski it again in powder. We stopped for lunch at a place on the trail where there's an old apple orchard and terrific views of Bromley Mountain.
