What a difference one day can make. With one inch of new snow and temps below freezing, the ski conditions today were 100% better than yesterday. Seven skiers (Charlene G. Marilyn W., Jody and Rick Biddle, Michael O., Bill M., and Bill H.) skied Section 9 from Greendale Rd. to Healdville. Rick completed his end-to-end today, one day after Jody completed hers. Congrats to the Biddles!!

Bill M. lead most of todays ski setting a new speed record from Rt. 155 to Healdville. His turbo skis even led 5 skiers down the last long descent to Healdville dodging rocks, downed branches/trees and bare spots while two skiers (Bill H. and Charlene) wimped out walking down the final descent.

With sugar snow falling right now (expecting at least 2 or 3 inches), tomorrow's ski of Section 11 should be delightful. We will meet at Harry's Cafe again on Rt. 103 at 9 AM.

Bill,
Thanks for posting these, too bad you don't have better skiing to report. We may have to change the CTA Motto:
"The length of Vermont on a ski and prayer"
Congrats to Bill and Jodi!
