Well, it's a hard call to figure out whether we will be skiing or hiking! I would suggest that folks be ready for both. We received some rain yesterday, though those closest to Sections 6, 7 and 8 were out skiing yesterday morning. There is a little snow in the forecast, though no "major events."

Andrew and Dagny are expected to check on conditions this morning, and will provide an update later today.

Anybody who wants to participate must still register through the CTA office if you have not done so, i.e., become CTA member, send waiver and $25 tour registration fee; and also check with me regarding suitability of tour for your ability.

Word from Dagny is that it was pretty icy out there today. So, we will be hiking on Friday. However, Jonathan Bigelow (Sunday's trip leader) found a little snow, and holds out hope that we may be able to ski on Sunday.

If I'm able to reach everyone who is coming, either by the forum or e-mail, we may move the meeting location on Friday. Let me know the best way to reach you tomorrow (Thursday). E-mail me at dtbloch@gmail.com.
