Executive Director
A native Vermonter, graduate of Johnson State College, and current resident of Underhill Center, VT, Fredericks has worked in the ski industry for the past 35 years and brings a lifetime of experience both as a businessman and a skier to the organization.

Amy Kelsey
Trail Director
Amy comes to the CTA with valuable professional experience as an outdoor educator and land-use planner. She received a BA in Geography from Middlebury College and a MS in Community Development and Applied Economics from UVM. Amy was a senior field instructor at the National Outdoor Leadership School (NOLS). More recently, she was the Watershed Planner for Addison Country Regional Planning Commission in Middlebury, VT. An avid back-country skier, Amy brings a high degree of passion for the Catamount Trail. She lives in Winooski with her family. email

Diana Vachon
Office Manager (part time)
Diana comes to the CTA with over 13 years experience in bookkeeping, payroll, and customer/employee satisfaction. She earned a BS in Business Administration at St. Michael's College (SMC), where she learned to cross country ski as an active member of the SMC Outing Club. Diana has completed her studies in Acupuncture and is Nationally Board Certified by the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM). Diana lives with her family in Shelburne, VT. They enjoy hiking, snowshoeing, and practicing martial arts.

Lauren Fereshetian
AmeriCorp Member
Lauren joins us this year for an AmeriCorps service year sponsored by the Vermont Housing and Conservation Board. She will be coordinating events and outreach activities for the Catamount Trail, and will also be running the Catamount SkiCubs program, CTA's youth program to introduce cross-country skiing to Chittenden County area youth with little access to the sport. Lauren graduated from St. Micheal's College in 2010 with a B.A. in Early Education and Sociology/Anthropolgy. While at St. Mikes, Lauren participated on the college cross country running and ski teams. Since she graduated, Lauren spent a school year teaching English as a Second Language in Micronesia, and a summer as and environmental educator on the coast of Maine. E-mail
